About Metafit™

Metafit™ is designed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010. It is a 30 minute, non choreographed, body weight only training system that set the metabolism on fire. Metafit™ works! It is tough, but it is meant to be.

What is HIIT?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Allowing you to burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts.

Increase Metabolism

HIIT workouts increase your excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). It is the scientific term for the afterburn effect, which help you burn more calories long after your workout.

Quick and Convenient

Not enough time to workout is no longer a valid reason. HITT workout can be done within 30 mins at anywhere: at home, in a hotel room, in a park, at the beach, etc.

No Equipment Necessary

No equipment? Not to worry! HIIT workouts require only your body weight. Using your body weight as the resistance for building strength and help you burn calories.
