We do not conduct lessons during public holidays so we do not charge any fees for public holidays.
As it’s a group lesson, there will be no make up for any absentees. But out of goodwill, if your child is unwell, please provide us with a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE and you may reschedule another day within that month.
Once again it’s a group lesson so we do not have make up for any holiday plans. But once again out of goodwill, if you’re traveling more than 3 weeks in ONE trip, please provide us with the TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
And you may make up once you’re back from your holidays!
Good news! Heartbeat Bedok and Our Tampines Hub pools are sheltered so lessons are resume as per normal!
For other pools lessons will go on with theory.
We believe in keep trying! So if your child needs more time, We believe it’s important to give more time and invest in them, therefore we are unable to refund your fees!
If there’s any unfortunate events we will try our best to help out with other ways but in order to protect the company and our coaches, We are unable to refund or be responsible for any claims.
We conduct every session with full responsibility and we have respectful reviews and records. But no matter what, We will NOT be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this programs and this includes all cost, and expenses as a result of such claims.
